2. Service Description
WalkTheVenue acts as a metasearch engine and informational portal. We aggregate event data and provide geographically sorted accommodation maps through third-party partners. We do not directly sell tickets or hotel rooms.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
WalkTheVenue generates revenue through affiliate partnerships. When you click on links pointing to our partners (including but not limited to Stay22, Booking.com, SeatGeek, and Ticketmaster) and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for precision, venue coordinates, event dates, and accommodation availability are subject to change. WalkTheVenue relies on API integrations for real-time data and makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of walking distances or event status.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall WalkTheVenue or its operators be held liable for canceled events, booking disputes, or travel disruptions. All transactions are handled directly by the third-party providers.
